Before the incident
Went to House Supervisor [REDACTED] Polling then began feeling faint and nauseated. Was given an apple juice rinsed wound and was wheeled down to ED by House Supervisor. House Supervisor reported incident to CNO.
What happened
Went into nutrition room to get a patient ice. When I went to grab the styrofoam cup and place it up to the ice machine right pinky got caught in the middle of metal divot on the corner of the ice machine and caused a deep laceration. Was wheeled to ED.
