Inserting a divider into a rack of glass
What happened
Employee was attempting to insert a divider on a [REDACTED] rack. The center drop was full. When employee attempted to put in the divider it didn 't want to go in so she gave it a good push. The divider went in quickly and the back of the employee 's gloved hand slid into the edge of the glass of the center drop causing lacerations to her 2 fingers. Left-Hand pointer finger required 3 stitches and minor first aid to middle finger.
