EMPLOYEE ([REDACTED]) WAS PICKIG UP THE PARTS AROUND THE ROLLING PARTS RACK. AT THIS TIME HIS CO-WORKER [REDACTED] WAS WORKING WITHIN FEET OF HIM. [REDACTED] GOT UP AND MOVED AROUND THE RACK TO THE OTHER SIDE. ON HIS WAY BACK AROUND HE TRIED TO STEP OVER AND AROUND HIS CO-WORKER WHEN HIS LEFT FOOT GOT CAUGHT ON THE RACK. THE RACK STARTED TO ROLL AWAY FROM HIM WHICH STARTED TO PUT HIM IN THE SPLITS POSITION AND FELL.
