What happened
Returned to vehicle after a septic installation inspection. had screwdriver in side cargo pocket. Forgot to remove screwdriver before getting into work truck. Screwdriver punctured inside of left forearm. Puncture wound approximately 1 2 inch. Staff uses the screwdriver to anchor a measuring tape during inspections. Screwdriver is stuck into ground and circular end of measuring tape is slid over the screwdriver.
