What happened
EE was hanging a 6ft panel onto a mobile cart and used (2) 8 hooks on either end to secure to the cart. EE hung up one end and as EE was hanging the other end they experienced acute low back pain. EE continued shift for remainder of day but called in the following day ([REDACTED]) and stated they visited urgent care and prescribed time off to recover from lumbar muscle strain.
