Before the incident
Employee was packing Broccoli within the Broccoli Harvesting machine. Employee was assigned to pack different cuts of Broccoli tag out their cases that they just packed and transfer completed bins a tailer bed for cooler transfer.
What happened
While employee was leaving for break the tractor operator stopped suddenly caused a WHIP to the Broccoli Harvester causing the employee to slip and fall on their right hip knee. Even when the employee had three points of contact the shelving of the harvester caused pain when contact was made.
