Before the incident
TM was assisting another ITO unloading empty pallets from a truck trailer.
What happened
Pallets were shifted int eh truck trailer and after unloading 2 stacks of pallets they were in the process of picking the paullets up to try to straigten one of the 17 pallet high stacks. Top pallets started to fall in TMs direction and they attempted to stop them. When realized they couldn 't they moved away and fell landing on their left hand.
