While trying to get a conveyor operational employee pulled the e-stop cord thinking it would reset the conveyor. The cord detached and that caused her to lose her balance and fall backwards onto the concrete floor. Original doctor paperwork noted x-ray and no lost restricted time. On [REDACTED] employee was seen at Occupational Health where she was referred to Physical Therapy.
