What happened
Patient returned to room via a cart post EGD. Patient was not arousable. Patient needed to be repositioned in bed. Employee was on patient 's right side and coworker was on patient 's left side. They raised the bed up to around waist height and put in [REDACTED] position. They boosted patient in bed. Employee felt a pop in right upper arm. Initially arm was ok but as day went on became increasingly sore. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] right upper arm sore- iced several times and hand tingling arm sore when lifting above head or raising out laterally to side.
