Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were
free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death
or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
a) Electric shock hazards on or about November 7, 1985, at or near
southwest 334th Street and 157th Avenue, Florida City, Florida, while
loading trees on a semi-trailer positioned directly under high
voltage power transmission lines.  A Kubota tractor, with boom
attachment, was handling the trees in such a manner as to permit
contact with the 138,000 volt lines.
Among other methods,  one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to move loading operations to the available
nearby locations away from the power lines.
