manufacturers specifications, also the vehicle maintenance manual was not
the correct manual for the equipment the employees were using.

is to maintain the vehicle according to the manufacturers specifications    a
follow the directions written into the operations and maintenance manual or
contract out the major maintenance and inspection of the vehicle.
