employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which
were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to eye strain and headaches due to illumination being insuffic-
ient at the computer work stations where reading measured from 50- 80
foot candles:
a.   Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement
method to correct this hazard is to provide and design
illumination that will supply adequate general and local
lighting at the employees work area, in accordance with
the Illuminating Engineering Society Lighting Handbook,
on or about March 2, 1992.
