employees engaged the parking/emergency brake when leaving
a vehicle (plate number #3833TK) running, to prevent the
vehicle from moving and accidently coming in contact with
employees in the work area.
One feasible method to correct this hazard is to ensure that
employees are instructed in the proper operating of the
vehicle and safe work practices are followed, in the use of
the emergency/parking
