Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) The hazard of death or accidental amputation, in that, on or about 1/9/93, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged the parking/emergency brake when leaving a vehicle (plate number #3833TK) running, to prevent the vehicle from moving and accidently coming in contact with employees in the work area. One feasible method to correct this hazard is to ensure that employees are instructed in the proper operating of the vehicle and safe work practices are followed, in the use of the emergency/parking
