Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The

employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were
free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death
or serious harm to employees in that one utility tractor was not
provided with adequate rollover protection:
a) Amusement Park - The protective frame on the Ford tractor, Unit #10,
was not of a strength to minimize the possibility of operator injury
resulting from accidental upsets during normal operations.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct
this hazard is to equip tractors with rollover protective structures
such as is described in 1926.1002.
