the inhalation and skin absorption effects of Methanol:
A) Methanol Tank Storage Area/TDA Tank Farm - Due to the fact
that there were no level indicators at the Methanol Tank
Storage Area for tanks #001-037 and #001-029 to be used
as a back-up for the level indicators in the control
room, on or about January 10, 1991.
A feasible and useful means of correcting the hazard would be to install
instrumentation so that levels can be monitored at the tank farm as well
as from the control room.

to keep them operative at all times.
