correct this hazard is the use of only known properly working pressure
gauges.

the "Oteco" pressure relief valve located on the "Mud" pump at the
Apache Canyon Salt Water Disposal Well No. 19-10 in Las Animas
County, Colorado.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to use only the manufacturers recommended penny
sized nails in the relief valve which correspond to the desired
relieving pressure.
