Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The
employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were
free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death
or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
a) Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling
trusses at buildings located at 17723 Tiffany Trace Blvd., Building
#27, Boca Raton, Florida 33431 in that adequate and continuous
lateral bracing and proper diagonal bracing was not used to prevent
toppling and dominoing during erection. Bracing through chords
laterally and cross bracing was not provided to ensure that trusses
