MILES ON HIGHWAY 85, WEST OF DILLEY, TEXAS ON WELL SOLUTIONS, INC.,
RIG NUMBER 30. AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE
AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO
CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO ASSURE THAT THE WELL SHALL BE CHECKED FOR
PRESSURE AND STEPS TAKEN TO REMOVE PRESSURE OR DETERMINE THAT THE WELL
CAN OPERATE SAFELY UNDER PRESSURE PRIOR TO COMMENCING WELL SERVICING
OPERATIONS SUCH AS SPECIFIED BY API RP 54, FIRST EDITION, JANUARY 1981,
PAGE 10, PARAGRAPH 4.3.5 AND WELL SOLUTIONS, INC. WRITTEN SAFETY POLICY,
SECTION VII, PRODUCTION DIVISION, PAGE NUMBER 16, RULE NUMBER 5, DO NOT
RUN OR PULL TUBING FROM A WELL WITHOUT A BLOWOUT PREVENTER.
