primary support system for window cleaning operating on four-story
office building located at 5701 n. Shartel in Oklahoma City, OK.
Among other methods, some feasible and acceptable methods to correct
this hazard are:
a) To provide and use a standard boatswains chair, properly rigged with
safety lines, lanyard and belt.
