EMPLOYER DID NOT FURNISH EMPLOYMENT AND A PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT WHICH WERE
FREE FROM RECOGNIZED HAZARDS THAT WERE CAUSING OR LIKELY TO CAUSE DEATH
OR SERIOUS PHYSICAL HARM TO EMPLOYEES IN THAT EMPLOYEES WERE EXPOSED TO:
HEATHCARE PERSONNEL AT THE BETHANY RIVERSIDE NURSING HOME WERE EXPOSED
TO THE HAZARD OF BEING INFECTED BY HIV/HBV AND LEFT AT AN INCREASED
LEVEL OF RISK BECAUSE THE EMPLOYER USED MISLEADING AND PERSUADING
INFORMATION REGARDING THE CHOICE TO RECEIVE THE HBV VACCINE.
ABATEMENT: WITHDRAW WAIVER OF LIABILITY STATEMENT FROM HEPATITIS B
VACCINATION CONSENT.
