were exposed to falling of and being crushed by moving equipment:
(a)   Northwest Side of Site - Employees were riding in the
bucket of a "IH" frontend loader while transporting
tools and equipment to a new work location.
Among other methods, one feasible and accepted abatement to correct
this hazard is to instruct workers to walk to new work site.
