Executive 12196 Section 1-201(a) of the Occupational Safety and Health Programs for Federal Employees: The agency head did not furnish employees places and conditions of employment that were free from recognized hazards that were causing or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm from employee stepping over moving conveyor belts: a) Sharpe Army Depot, Building 330, Hybrid: Employees stepped on overturned material boxes to cross a conveyor that had moving exposed gears, charin drives and continuous truning conveyor rollers. Employees were exposed to falling into the moving gears and sprockets.
