General-duty citation text

Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which
were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to being crushed under overturned tractors in that:
(a)  There was no roll over protection on the Oliver 550 tractor
or on the International 2400 tractor that was being used by employees
to mow and to pull trailers on steep hills and on various trails of the
establishment and tractors are also operated unprotected elevated
bridges. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement
method the correct the hazard is:
Install overhead protection for the operator that conforms to the
requirements of 29 CFR 1926.1003
