Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not furnish employment or a place of employment which were
free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death
or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to
death from a crushiing hazard in event of equipment rollover:
a) Sawdust Storage Area - No rollover protection system on white front
end loader operating on a steep slope, on or about March 10 and
March 14, 1990.
Among other method, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to install rollover protective system inclusive
of seat belt.

off road surface:
a) Forrester Lumber Company, Inc. - Roadway around sawdust and chip
storage area had an unprotected side with steep slope, on or about
March 15, 1990.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to construct an elevated beam or guardrail
that would prevent equipment from running off the side.
