in Section 15-3.2.3.3 ANSI B30.15 Mobile Hydraulic
Crane, on or about August 20, 1992.
THE EMPLOYER WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OR SIMILAR
OCCUPATIONAL  SAFETY  AND  HEALTH  ADMINISTRATION STANDARD WHICH WAS
CONTAINED IN ITEM NUMBER 2 OF THE  CITATION NUMBER 1 ISSUED ON JUNE
19, 1992.
(b)  Holiday Inn, 5401  Carlisle Pike,  Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania
- Grove RT 745 hydraulic  truck  crane, serial
number 71698, used  for  "bungee  jumping" purposes and
the crane  manufacturer  does not recommend such use of
their equipment, on or about August 20, 1992.
THE EMPLOYER WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OR SIMILAR
OCCUPATIONAL  SAFETY  AND  HEALTH  ADMINISTRATION STANDARD WHICH WAS
CONTAINED IN ITEM NUMBER 1 OF THE  CITATION NUMBER 1 ISSUED ON JUNE
19, 1992.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to prohibit the use of cranes for bungee
