Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which
were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to being struck by logs falling from a height of  approximately
20 feet above ground level:
Grinder Room, Inside Wood Storage - Logs, relocated by means
of a Michigan L70 loader, slide toward the loader operator who
is at risk of being hit by the falling wood because the loader
door is broken off.
ABATEMENT NOTE:  Among other methods, 2 feasible and accepted
abatement methods are: 1) Replace the loader door; and 2) Reduce the
height of the wood pile to keep the wood from sliding down at the
operating equipment door level.
