hazard would be to provide employee training in the proper care, use, and
hazards
associated with the use of extension trestle ladders and/or other types of
ladders used for
maintenance.

positioning and securing
the ladder as specified by the manufacturer and ANSI A-14.1-2000;
(2)  Develop alternative procedures for the replacement of overhead
cleaning lights in
auditoriums to eliminate the use of an extension trestle ladder; or
(3)  Relocate cleaning lights to reduce or eliminate fall potential.
