USED ON JOBSITE FOR SITE WORK ACTIVITIES. AMONG OTHER WAYS ONE
FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF ABATEMENT WOULD BE TO TRAIN AND
INSTRUCT WORKERS DAILY IN THE HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE
EXCAVATOR'S OPERATION AND TO AFFIX THREE DECALS ON THE ROTATING
COUNTERWEIGHT INFORMING WORKERS OF THE HAZARD PRESENT.
