truck tip over accidents:
WORKPLACE:  THE EMPLOYER FAILED TO REQUIRE EMPLOYEES TO USE SEAT
BELTS THAT WERE PROVIDED ON THE HYSTER MODEL J-30-BS "EE" FORK
TRUCK.  USE OF SEAT BELTS ON FORK TRUCKS WOULD SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE
OPERATOR INJURIES IN TIP OVER ACCIDENTS.
AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD
WOULD BE TO REQUIRE THE USE OF PROVIDED SEAT BELTS ON POWERED
INDUSTRIAL TRUCKS.
