TRUCKS).
SOUTH ROOM OF PLANT:  THE EMPLOYER FAILED TO INSURE THE USE OF SEAT
BELTS BY AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS OPERATING CLARK FORK LIFT MODEL
#GPX17E, TYPE LP, SERIAL #GPX127E-0380-9350KOF, WHICH IS EQUIPPED
WITH FACTORY INSTALLED OVERHEAD GUARD AND SEAT BELTS.  ONE FEASIBLE
AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD, AMONG OTHERS, TO CORRECT THIS
HAZARD WOULD BE TO TRAIN EMPLOYEES TO ALWAYS USE THE SEAT BELTS
PROVIDED.
