employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were
free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death
or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to
a fall hazard of 11 feet 2 inches to a concrete floor:
a) Construction Site - Second floor roof employee was observed working
at the edge of the second floor roof without benefit of any fall
protection, 4/20/90.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to enforce that use of safety belts and life
lines or the equivalent.
