Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being crushed under overturned tractors in that: (a) On or about June 25, 1993, there was no roll over protection on the Ford 9N tractor that was being used to mow grass on the hills along the lane. Among Other Methods, One Feasible And Acceptable Abatement Method To Correct The Hazard Is: Install overhead protection for the operator that conforms to the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.1003
