What this inspection record means

OSHA opens inspections for many reasons — routine scheduling under a national or local emphasis program, an employee complaint or referral, or a follow-up after a reported injury. Opening or conducting an inspection is not itself an allegation or a finding that this employer broke any rule; any findings appear as the citations listed below, and citations can be contested, reduced, or withdrawn.

within 12 weeks after exposure. HIV seronegative workers
shall be retested 6 weeks post-exposure and on a periodic
basis thereafter (12 weeks and 6 months after exposure).
Follow-up procedures after possible exposure to HBV shall depend
on the immunization status of the worker and the HBV seriological
status of the source. The CDC Morbidity Mortality Report, June 7,
1985 may be consulted for recommendations on post exposure
prophylaxis.
