WF) was inadequate in that they did not stop the crane within the required
10of the rated load speed (125 feet/min.), thereby exposing employees
to the hazard of being struck by heavy loads.

free from recognized hazards that were causing of likely to cause death
or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
(a) In the production area, employees were observed exposed to the hazards
associated with falling overhead cranes (single girder underhung bridge
cranes) in excess of 16 feet due to the lack of bridge bumpers installed
on the adjacent ends of the two crane bridge located on the same runway.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to install bridge bumpers on the adjacent end of
the east crane.
