29 CFR 1926.500(d)(1): Opensided floors or platforms, 6 feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level, were not guarded by a standard railing or the equivalent on all open sides: There was no standard guardrail protection for employees working on either the North or South sides of the bridge deck for the Madison Street project located in Springfield, IL. Freesen, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and health Standard or its equivalent standard, CFR 1926.500(d)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 103304473, Citation No. 1, Item No. 1, issued on 7-30-92.
