At the 38181 Airport Parkway Sublot 20 worksite, the employer did not
provide adequate fall protection for employees walking the top of the
masonry walls, landing steel joists and welding where employees were
exposed to approximately 15 foot falls from the 12 inch wide masonry wall.
Feasible abatement methods may include, but are not limited to, nets,
scaffolding, catch platforms, caternary lines with safety belts and
lanyards or other harnessing systems.
