Among other methods, one feasible and useful method to
correct this hazard is to:
(1)Establish and enforce a work rule prohibiting
employees from riding the attachment bucket as
outlined in the Link Belt operators Manual.
(2)Provide alternative safe means of entering
excavation such as ladders, or
