1.  Establish a maintenance program based on the manufacturer's
recommendations.
2.  Conduct complete periodic inspections at least yearly.
3.  Conduct monthly inspections of hoist chains and hooks, and document
findings.
4.  Clearly mark identification of functions on the pendant control box.
