a)Repair Shop, on or about 10/16/97; a John Deere walk behind rotary mower
was not provided with traction neutral locks nor operable operator presence
levers which would enable the mower to move in a forward direction with the
cutting blades engaged without the operator in control of the mower.
ABATEMENT NOTES:
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method is to
install and adjust traction neutral locks and repair/replace and /or adjust
operator presence lever controls.
Abatement certification is required for this citation.
