Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The %% employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) At the haunted trail - during the October, 1990 season, where employees were exposed to moving vehicles, positive methods were not instituted to prevent employees from making contact with vehicles. Possible methods of abatement: (1) stop vehicle at pre-designated monster spots, (2) install physical barrier to keep employees away from moving vehicles.
