infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis through patient contact
in small enclosed spaces, specifically during vehicle transport.

National Jewish Center were exposed to the hazard of
being infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis through
exposure to infectious tuberculosis patients during
vehicle transport activities to, including but not
limited to, other area hospitals, physician offices and
the airport.
