Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The %% employer did nto furnish employment and a place of employment which were fre from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cuase death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees exposed to: In that the employees were exposed to the hazard of being thrown from the front end loader and struck by the vehicle's tires. a) Tenacre Foundation, fuel oil tank removal site, Princeton Township, NJ. On or about 5/1/92. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to allow only as many employees on the equipment as there are seats to accomadate employees.
