Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) Rear Electrical Room Corridor Employees exposed to the hazard of being caught in machine, were using a Rigid 300 Electric Pipe Threading Machine, which was not provided with a constant pressure foot treadle control switch as required by American National Standards Institute B208.1-1982, Sec. 4.4, which is one feasible and acceptable method of abatement. Violation occurred on or about 7/28/92
