employer did not
furnish employmnent and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to the hazard(s) of falling into hot grease:
a)Frying area - Employee(s) were exposed to the hazard(s) of falling into
hot grease while
cleaning bird cage area above hot grease, on or about 9/19/94.
ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS
HAZARD IS TO INSTALL REMOVABLE RIGID COVERS OVER HOT GREASE
FRYERS.
