Executive Order 12196 Section 1-201(a) of the Occupational Safety and Health Programs for Federal Agencies.The agency head did not furnish employees places and conditions or employment that were free from recognized Hazard that were causing or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm. a) Building C-33 were house, employees exposed to serious tripping/falling injuries when entering two Northside storage rooms that were not illuminated. One feasible and acceptable method to abate the Hazard would be to implement the illumination requirements of American National Standards Institute (ANSI). A ll 1965 Section 2-2-2 Table 1 for warehouses On or about 8/9/93.

Executive Order 12196 Section 1-2011(a) of the Occupational Safety and Health Program for Federal Agencies. The agency head did not furnish places and conditions of employment that were free from recognized AHazard that were causing or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm: a) Building C-14 auto maintenance shop. Employees were exposed to crushing injuries from using automotive hydrolic lift that did not have rated load capacity marking nor were operations instructions posted in the lift control area. One feasible and acceptable method to abate the hazard would be to implement the requirements of American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B 153-1-1974 Section S-4 and 6-2-1. On or about 8/10/93.
