29 CFR 1926.750(b)(1)(ii): On tiered buildings or structure not adaptable to temporary flooring and where scaffolds were not used, safety nets were not installed and maintained where the fall distance exceeded two stories or 25 feet: (a)Courthouse building roof at northside - Adequate fall protection was not provided to employees engaged in the fabrication of a structural steel truss on the roof of the building 35 feet above floor level. Safety belts did not provide employees protection from fall hazards.
