b) Cracked and missing windows on two Caterpillar 816 Landfille
Compactors, and the Caterpillar 826B Landfill Compactor.
c) Ladder for accessing cab missing from Caterpillar 816 Landfill
Compactors.
d) Backup alarms inoperable on Caterpillar 826B Landfill Compactor and
two Caterpillar 816 Landfill Compactors.
e) Door missing from two Caterpillar 816 Landfill Compactors.
f) Inside door handle missing from right door of Caterpillar 816
Landfill Compactor.
g) Brakes on two Caterpillar 816 Landfill Compactors are defective.
h) Operators are not familiar with hydraulic pressure relief valves
and how to bleed air tanks to drain condensation from them.
