Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The %% employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) Drill Site Located on Ditch Creek - On or about October 26, 1989, and time prior thereto, mobile equipment was not blocked and/or the wheels turn into the bank to prevent unexpected movement on inclined roads. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to block/chock the wheels of mobile equipment.

Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The %% employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) Drill Site Located on Ditch Creek - On or about October 26, 1989, and time prior thereto, no reliable means of communication was provided for obtaining assistance in the event of an emergency. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to install a two-way radio in all mobile equipment used on drill sites.
