Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) The Euclid dump truck bed wa sraised in an up right position and not properly secured to prevent its falling onto employees working below o the hyrdolic system on truck located adjacent to the Martin Metals Company Office in Flowood, Mississippi. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to install a heavy fold-up steel support under the bed to rest on the truck frame and prevent the bed from faling when in a raised
