Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) Pittsburgh, PA, 3269 Arlington Avenue; Employee working with a Ford boom mobile truck crane 85, identification number 1FDYU80U5FVA72294, removing chimney flu caps from apartment building was not using a tag line to control the load near electrical transmission lines. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to attach a tag line to the chimney flu cap lift.
